Questions about expanding your system?

Adding to your Bellman system is simple. If you are not sure what comes next, our friendly, experienced U.S. team in North Carolina is happy to help you choose the right addition.

Should I add an alarm transmitter or a safety bundle?

Add a Bellman alarm transmitter if you already have compatible receivers where you need alerts. Choose a safety bundle if you also want additional receivers, such as a Flash Receiver in another room or a compatible receiver and Bed Shaker beside your bed. Check each bundle's included products before ordering.

How do I set up a Bellman safety bundle with my existing system?

Compatible Bellman transmitters and receivers work together on matching radio settings. Power each device, follow the supplied placement and installation instructions, and test every alarm with each receiver in its intended location. If your existing system uses a changed radio key, follow the manuals to match the new products to it.

How can Bellman alert me if I cannot hear a smoke or CO alarm?

Bellman Smoke and CO Alarm Transmitters send a radio signal to compatible receivers, which provide flashing lights, sound, or vibration depending on the receiver and connected accessories. A Flash Receiver provides a visual alert; a Bed Shaker requires a compatible receiver. Choose alert types for your needs and test them where you will use them.

Can I put Bellman Flash Receivers in different rooms?

You can use multiple compatible Bellman Flash Receivers to provide visual alerts in different rooms. Each receiver must be within radio range of the alarm transmitter and use the appropriate radio settings. Walls and other obstacles can reduce coverage, so test each alarm with every receiver in place and repeat testing as directed in the manuals.
