Do I need Wi-Fi or a smartphone?
No. All most alerting products work without Wi-Fi, apps, or smartphones. They use a secure radio signal between transmitters and receivers.
How does the system work?
Transmitters detect activity—like a doorbell, phone call, or smoke alarm—and send a signal to your receiver. You’ll be alerted with sound, light, vibration, or all three.
Is installation complicated?
Setup is simple. Most devices are plug-and-play or battery powered. No wiring or technical knowledge needed.
What happens if the power goes out?
All outlet operated devices include a battery backup and will work for up to 48 hours during a power outages.
